Live demos

See the difference for yourself.

This page shows before and after business processes. First, the kind of process many companies actually run on, and where it quietly leaks time and money. Then the same process rebuilt as a Process Animation, as one self-contained guide your team clicks through, step by step. Best viewed on a laptop or desktop.

Tip: each demo opens in a new tab.

Before and after

You may have processes like this today.

Most companies run on diagrams like these: a flowchart someone drew once and filed away. Pick a process, then press the button to see where a process like it quietly loses money, time, and audit trail.

Each marked step is money, time, or risk leaving the business.
  1. Manual email handoff. Requests get missed and the work stalls while people chase each other.
  2. No defined access list. IT guesses, so new hires get too much access, a security and audit risk.
  3. Rework loop. The access is wrong, so it bounces back to IT, often more than once.
  4. New hire sits idle. You pay a full salary while they wait for equipment and a plan.
  5. Payroll added late. Pay and benefits get set up after the first payday, so you fix costly errors.
  6. No sign-off. Nobody confirms the access is correct, so there is no audit trail.

Each of these looks normal until you press the button. The marks are color-coded by what a broken step actually costs you: money leaking out, time and cycles wasted, and compliance or audit risk. My version removes them. The same process becomes one walkable playbook where every step has an owner, the how-to attached, and a sign-off as you go.

The after

Now click through the real thing.

Every demo below is a live Process Animation, the exact deliverable I would build for your process. Where the diagrams above left no proof anyone followed the steps, these capture a dated sign-off from the person who did each critical step, so the audit trail is created as the work is done. They are grouped by the teams that use them most.
