Industries

I fix the processes your industry struggles with most.

The method is the same in every industry, but the specific problems are not. These are three fields I know well, and in each one I start by fixing the process that is actually causing trouble.

Three industries I know well

B2B SaaS & tech

Prove people follow the steps your auditor cares about.

The pain
Your SOC 2 auditor wants evidence that employees actually follow access provisioning and offboarding steps. Your tools show the config, not the human sign-off.
Example process
Employee onboarding and access provisioning (and the offboarding that de-provisions it).
The result
Auditor-ready attestation for that control in about two weeks, plus a faster, cleaner onboarding your new hires actually follow.

Professional services

Deliver the same quality no matter who is doing the work.

The pain
Every client gets served a little differently, and quality quietly depends on who happens to pick up the work. When your best person is out, it shows.
Example process
New client onboarding and engagement setup, from signed contract to first deliverable.
The result
Every client onboarded the same way, with half the back-and-forth, in a playbook that survives your busiest week.

Clean energy

Get every project from sold to commissioned the same way.

The pain
A project hands off from sales to design to permitting to install, and something falls through every time. Schedules slip and nobody can say which step stalled.
Example process
Project handoff and commissioning, from signed contract through permitting, install, and final sign-off.
The result
One repeatable path from sold to commissioned, with the documented trail your incentive claims and safety audits already need.

Not in one of these three? The method still fits. Book a call and tell me your process.

On compliance

Fix the process first. The audit evidence follows.

Plenty of consultants lead with compliance because it pressures people into buying. I would rather fix the process that is actually slowing you down. The attestation records your auditor wants are a byproduct of doing that well, not the reason to start.

The evidence, in detail

What one attestation record contains.

When someone completes a critical step in the playbook, the sign-off is recorded as a single, self-contained entry. Every entry captures the same fields, so it stands on its own as evidence.

Save it and attach it where the work already lives

Any record, or a whole run of the process, exports to a PDF you can download. Attach it to the ticket that tracked the request in your help desk, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk, drop it into the employee's file, or add it to the audit folder you already keep. When your auditor asks, you send the PDF as it is. Nothing is retyped between systems, and the proof travels with the work item instead of living in someone's memory.

How an auditor uses it

An auditor rarely asks whether a setting is switched on. They pull a sample: give me eight people who left in the last six months, and for each one show that access was removed, who removed it, and that it happened inside your policy window. Because each removal was attested as it happened, answering that is a lookup, not an investigation. You retrieve the eight records, and each one already names the step, the person, the result, and the date.

Where it fits with your tools

This is process evidence: proof that a person followed the control. It sits alongside tools like Vanta or Drata, which prove technical state such as MFA enforced or an account disabled. Those show the setting. The attestation shows a human actually did the step, and auditors sample both. There is more on that distinction in what SOC 2 auditors actually want.
