About

I spent 20 years watching good processes get buried in documents nobody opened.

So I built Process Animation, so the process map and the SOP are finally the same thing: one file your team can actually walk through, instead of a diagram in one place and a document in another that nobody reconciles.

For two decades I sat inside big organizations and watched the same thing happen over and over. A team would do good work mapping a process, hand it off as a polished document, and within a few months everyone was back to doing it their own way. The map was accurate the day it was written and useless a quarter later. The knowledge that actually mattered stayed locked in a handful of people's heads.

The problem was never that people are lazy or resistant. The problem was the format. A static diagram and a separate written procedure ask people to stop, cross-reference two documents, and translate them into action, right when they are busy. So they don't. They fall back on habit, and the documentation rots.

Process Animation is my answer to that. Instead of a diagram plus a document, you get one interactive playbook. You click into a step and it tells you what to do, who owns it, what decision to make, and captures the sign-off right there. The map and the instructions are the same object, so they can never drift apart. That is the whole idea, and it is why teams actually follow it.

Now I do this for small and mid-sized businesses, because that is where it makes the biggest difference and where nobody else is bringing this level of experience at a price that fits.

Why working with one person is the advantage

You work with me. Directly.

No junior associates learning on your budget. No account manager relaying messages to someone you never meet. I run the interviews, I map the process, I build the Animation, I train your team, and I stand behind all of it. When you have a question, you ask the person who did the work.

Fully remote, priced honestly.

Every engagement runs over video: interviews, walkthroughs, and a working handoff session. There are no travel costs baked into your price and no scheduling around site visits. You get senior expertise without the overhead that usually rides along with it.

Background

Where the experience actually matters.

Results are what you are buying. But if you want to know the background behind them, here it is, briefly.

On method: where it helps, I map and grade your processes against recognized standards, including APQC's Process Classification Framework and its Process Maturity Framework, so the work is comparable and rigorous, not invented on the spot. For a smaller business, I bring in only as much of that as the situation needs.

Let's fix one process together.

Fixed-price. No surprises. Fully remote.
